What LoveMinutes offers

LoveMinutes is a founder-led offering of paid, scheduled, non-clinical conversations with Nicholas for adults aged 18 or older. The focus is listening, presence, and respectful human connection. Sessions are subject to availability and confirmation of fit.

Not a clinical service

LoveMinutes is not a licensed mental health practice. It does not provide therapy, counseling, medical or psychiatric care, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis response. It does not claim to prevent, treat, cure, or improve a health condition, and does not guarantee personal, relational, or other outcomes. Do not use it instead of appropriate professional care.

This website and its inbox are not monitored for emergencies. If you need urgent help or may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate local crisis resource.

Requesting an invitation

Submitting the form asks Nicholas to contact you about your selected interest. It does not create a member account, reserve a session, guarantee acceptance, take payment, or start a subscription. You confirm that your contact details are accurate, you are at least 18, and you understand the non-clinical scope described here.

Interest in a future group or training program is not enrollment. Those programs are in development and may change or not launch. No credential, certification, or professional qualification is promised.

Before a paid session

Session duration, pricing, scheduling, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms must be provided and agreed before payment. A separate session agreement will cover participation and boundaries. These invitation terms do not authorize a charge or replace that agreement. There is no automatic renewal through this website.

Respect and boundaries

Conversations are platonic and professional. Participation is voluntary. You may decline to discuss a topic, pause, or end a conversation. Harassment, threats, abuse, sexual requests, and illegal activity are not acceptable. Nicholas may decline or end participation when the request is outside the offering’s scope or when appropriate for safety, capacity, or boundaries.

The offering is by appointment. It does not include on-demand availability, emergency assistance, or unlimited between-session contact.

Your choices and information

You remain responsible for your decisions and for obtaining professional services you need. Do not submit sensitive health information, detailed personal history, or someone else’s private information in an invitation request. See the privacy notice for how your details are handled.

LoveMinutes does not promise legally privileged or absolute confidentiality. Any future session agreement must explain applicable privacy and safety boundaries. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates and contact
