Who handles your request

Nicholas, the founder of LoveMinutes, handles invitation inquiries. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to NMANDRYK@GMAIL.COM.

Information collected

The invitation form collects your name, email address, selected interest, browser-reported time zone when available, and your acknowledgment of the invitation terms and their version. The hosting provider may also process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details for delivery, security, and spam prevention.

No medical history, payment details, or identification documents are requested. Please do not send sensitive health information or urgent requests. This service is intended for adults aged 18 and older.

Why it is used

Your details are used to respond to your request, discuss fit and availability, and contact you about the interest you selected. Requesting an invitation does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. You can withdraw your interest by emailing Nicholas.

Hosting and service providers

This website uses Netlify for hosting and form handling. Submitted requests are stored in the private Netlify account used to operate LoveMinutes. If email notifications are enabled, a copy may also be delivered to Nicholas’s email provider. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may process it outside your country.

Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to address a security or safety issue. Only the information needed to operate and respond to the request should be shared with service providers.

Storage and your choices

Inquiry information is kept while your request or selected interest remains active and as reasonably needed for operational or legal obligations. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry by email. Some information may need to be retained where the law requires it. The form does not save your details to browser local storage.

Reasonable steps are taken to limit access to inquiry information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Do not use the form to communicate information requiring clinical confidentiality.

Cookies and tracking

The website does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, or nonessential cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site rather than loaded from social media or advertising services. The hosting provider may still process technical logs necessary to serve and protect the site.

Future sessions and payments

This website does not collect card details, create accounts, or record conversations. If you later choose to book, the relevant scheduling, payment, and session privacy details will be shared before you proceed. Any new use of personal information requires an updated notice and any consent required by law.
